3X05A prisoner on death row, Neech Manley, is about to be executed in the electric chair.

Strapped in he says, for his last words, that he will come back to life to seek revenge on five men that have treated him horribly over the years. The lever is pulled and Manley is no more and everyone dismisses what he said until a guard dies in mysterious circumstances. Mulder and Scully come in to investigate, and get their hands on the list of men that Neech wants to kill. No one can stop Neech though as he carries on killing leaving the agents thinking whether reincarnation could actually be real.

Rating: 1 out of 10
A really bad episode which is a surprise coming from Chris Carter. Usually, you'd be guaranteed quality when you see his name under "Written By". I don't think I've been this bored by an X-Files episode in ages, not since Space. The gore factor at times is just too much and the plot is just tedious, not really getting the action or the characterization right. One of the worst of the series.
Nitpicking
I couldn't find a problem with this episode. Seems to be a problem-free script.
