David becomes lawsuit happy!
If you just look below this article, yeah, that one down there, then you should see an article about David's failed lawsuit attempt. Well, now he's having another go! Honestly, some people are never happy. This time it seems it's Twentieth Century Fox who have peeved him off because he's suing them. Don't get on the wrong side of this guy! Anyway, here's the article that was found to TV Guide's site (who else is getting a bit tired of these "The Truth Is Out There" puns??):

THE MONEY IS OUT THERE FOR DAVID DUCHOVNY
Outspoken X-Files star David Duchovny filed suit against 20th Century Fox Film Corp. Thursday, claiming that the company has cheated him out of millions of dollars in profits from the TV show. According to Variety, the suit alleges that Fox sold various rights to the X-Files to its affiliated companies at below-market prices. Duchovny also alleges that series creator Chris Carter conspired with Fox to cover up the dirty dealings, and was paid "hush" money for his compliance. Damages were not specified, but sources say Duchovny is seeking in excess of $25 million.

Bad lawsuit day for David
This month really has been a bad one for David - first he doesn't get an Emmy nomination and now he has just lost a lawsuit case he filed months ago. If you don't know what the original case was about, just click here. Below is an article taken from E!Online which explains what verdict was reached:

X-ED OUT
In Los Angeles, a federal judge says an Internet company did not hawk phony David Duchovny signatures, nor trade on his fame by hyping the John Hancocks in ads -- rejecting the actor's lawsuits

Are you watching David?
Gillian has picked up yet another award to add to her mantelpiece (which I'm sure is absolutely bulging!). This time she won the VQT award for Best Actress in a Quality Drama and that is definitely well deserved. To see the full list of winners, go here (this link might be broken by now):
