The new
version of the quiz brings in an entirely new concept. As you progress, you will
accumulate grades, the first being the P grade. With the exception of P and C,
you can only acquire the next grade if you have gained the previous one. This is
done by completing the set objective in the previous test. If you do this,
you will earn the password to access the next grade.
Only the best will earn
the X grade as each level gets increasingly more difficult, not only in the
questions, but in the facilities available to you. | |

Welcome to the XQ test - the
X-Files quiz where you have to earn the right to be an X-Phile
This is a new X-Files quiz made up of 120 questions spanning all 6 seasons. To
take part, simply choose a grade from the menu in the top right. Only
Preliminary and Casual are available to you at this time, but you will be able
to progress once you have completed these (see 'The Grade System'). And what are
you playing for? Well, once you have earned the X grade, I will send you a
fantastic personally engraved award (designed by Gertie) to put on your site, your desktop or your
mantelpiece (ok, maybe not!). But it's incredibly tough to make this grade so
work at it.
IMPORTANT:
Each password is case-sensitive.
Therefore, type them in the password boxes exactly as they are shown
or they will not be accepted.

You won't earn anything, this is just to get you warmed up for the tougher
questions. |
| Casual: This is where it starts.
After answering these relatively easy questions, you will gain the R
grade password. |
| Regular: Things start to get
tricky, but not too much. You have to be able to answer harder questions, but you will earn the A grade password. |
| Avid: This separates the regular
watcher from the devoted. These questions aren't impossible, but I would
struggle with them. Your reward is the X grade password. |
| X-Phile: The ultimate test. Incredibly
tough questions and I no longer give you any hints - this is bordering
on impossible. But your reward is that great personally designed award! | | |
